Registration and payment are due Sunday, March 1, 2026. Registration fees help cover meals (Monday through Friday morning), water, supplies, and other expenses while in San Felipe.
**Meals and travel expenses to and from San Felipe, including gas, lodging, food, and souvenirs, are not covered by the registration fee.
Passports or Passport Cards are required for everyone traveling into Mexico.
Minors – anyone under 18 on Saturday, March 21, 2026 – travelling without parents (or travelling with only one parent when there is joint custody) must have two additional forms signed and give them to the responsible adult and/or carry them in the glove compartment during travel to and from Mexico; notarization may be required. The forms are Consent for Treatment and Authorization for Foreign Travel.

Lodging Info and Price Break Down
10 double queen rooms have been reserved for our group at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Banning for the night of March 21st. The rooms are under Russ Gann. The rate is $127.68, tax included *TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL*
The address for the Days Inn is 2320 W. Ramsey St., Banning, CA 92220 (Banning Casino/Outlet Mall).
While in San Felipe, we are again staying at the 99plus1 ministries facilities. The charge for this is again $75.00 per person for the week. *TO BE PAID WITH REGISTRATION*
**Hotel arrangements and side-trip activities for the return trip are made by each individual family or group – consult your driver(s) if you are riding with someone else.
